DISCOVER DJC USA
Technology licensing shaped by an inventor's experience.
Our business begins with technology and the ideas behind it. Through licensing, we make technology rights available for commercial use and receive royalties in return. Explore our approach and where we hope to take it next.
Ideas and intellectual property form the foundation of our licensing business.
We combine technology licensing with clear roles and responsibilities for the work carried out under each agreement.
We plan to build on this foundation, taking each next step as the necessary rights and approvals are in place.

About DJC USA
Based in Tampa, Florida, DJC USA LLC is a technology and intellectual property company built around licensing. Our founder, Dieter Christandl, has gained firsthand experience in invention and patent development, including the practical challenges of moving an idea toward use. His experience shapes the business we want to build.
Today, our foundation is technology licensing and royalty income. Looking ahead, we want to develop our role thoughtfully and consider selected technologies from other inventors as the business grows.

The technology presented here is covered by our existing licensing arrangement. Our role is to license technology rights and retain the responsibilities and oversight set out in that agreement.
This page introduces our technology and business. It does not offer products for purchase.

How Our Licensing Model Works
Our Role
We license technology and receive royalties for its use, while retaining our contractual rights, responsibilities and oversight. Our current business is licensing; we do not manufacture, trade in or invoice products.
From Licensed Rights to Product Activities
Under our current arrangement, the licensee handles manufacturing, product sales, orders, invoicing and fulfillment. Those activities require the applicable rights and regulatory authorizations, for which the licensee is responsible.
Clear roles as we grow
Our approach to working with partners starts with clear rights and responsibilities. Each party retains its obligations under the relevant agreement and applicable law. As DJC grows, we will secure the rights, agreements and approvals needed before each new activity begins.

Looking Ahead
We want to build on our licensing business and gradually take greater responsibility for the technologies and projects we support. Our long-term aim is full company-level control through executive management and oversight within the rights and authorizations available to DJC.
Once the prerequisites for Dieter Christandl’s intended U.S. CEO role are in place, he plans to lead the next phase of company approvals and expansion. Each new activity will follow when its own agreements, approvals and resources are ready. His focus would be leadership and oversight, with qualified and authorized specialists carrying out technical and operational work.
Over time, we would also like to consider selected patents from other inventors and rights holders. Our planned approach would take suitable opportunities through a review of rights and requirements, appropriate agreements, and authorized development toward a possible finished product. This is our future direction; technology submissions and commercialization services are not currently open.
Our Planned Path for Future Technologies
Every technology has its own starting point. For future projects, we intend to use the following approach, with each stage helping us decide whether and how to move forward. Reaching a finished product will depend on the findings along the way.
01
Understand the Opportunity
Review ownership, existing commitments and the requirements for the proposed project.
02
Build the Foundations
For suitable opportunities, agree the roles and secure the rights and approvals needed before the relevant work begins.
03
Develop and Validate
Qualified and authorized specialists would carry out technical work, with management overseeing scope, budget, progress and the review of changes.
04
Work Toward a Finished Product
Move into production and market introduction when the required approvals and readiness checks are complete. Any direct activity by DJC would require its own applicable authorizations.
